ASHLEY MCDOUGALL
PUBLIC AFFAIRS ASSOCIATE
Ashley brings expertise in British Columbia’s political landscape, along with strong experience in advocacy, government relations, and stakeholder engagement. She has played key roles in advancing successful provincial advocacy campaigns and navigating the complexities of BC’s political environment.
Before joining Impact, Ashley worked for BC’s Critic for Infrastructure in the Legislative Assembly, where she built strong relationships within the Opposition and collaborated across party lines with government to advance shared priorities. She has also been active in federal politics, contributing to campaign and policy initiatives and building strong relationships with Members of Parliament and other key federal stakeholders.
Ashley has contributed to both provincial and federal election campaigns, supporting strategy, outreach, and local engagement efforts. She remains actively involved in Electoral District and Riding Associations across the province and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from the University of the Fraser Valley.
