Jackson Cardillo is an experienced economic analyst with a strong background in international and public policy. He specializes in working with national associations, where he leverages strong analytical and quantitative skills to deliver actionable insights and strategic recommendations. His work consistently supports clients in navigating complex economic challenges and advancing effective policy outcomes.
Prior to Impact, Jackson worked briefly as a journalist where he published essays covering topics such as the economic impact of tariffs on the Russian economy as well as a comparative analysis between the Nordic and American financial crises. Jackson has recently published a piece on the Canadian financial industry and the importance of small business lending in “Canada’s Economic Rocket Fuel: How a Switch in Canada’s Financing Paradigm Could Help Solve its Productivity Problem”.
Jackson was invited to study at Paris’s prestigious SciencesPo University, a global leader for international relations and economic policy, where he was able to learn first-hand from leading professionals in the field. He remains passionate about international relations and uses his knowledge to help position his clients industry in worldly events. He graduated from Queen’s University with a Joint Honours Degree in Economics and Political Science.
