JALEN PRICE
DIRECTOR OF POLICY & ISSUES MANAGEMENT
Before joining Impact, Jalen worked in the Prime Minister’s Office as an Issues Management and Parliamentary Affairs Coordinator. In this role, he advised on a wide range of policy and political files, provided strategic communications support, and regularly briefed the Prime Minister on emerging developments. His work required operating in high-pressure environments—delivering rapid analysis, anticipating risks, and supporting timely responses to complex and sensitive issues.
Jalen also served as a Researcher at the Liberal Research Bureau, where he conducted strategic policy research and analysis to support Members of Parliament and caucus priorities. His work provided critical insight to guide parliamentary strategy and align policy direction with communications objectives.
Active in Canadian politics for nearly a decade, Jalen began with grassroots and campaign roles before moving into government. His career has centered on helping decision-makers manage challenges under pressure, navigate parliamentary dynamics, and communicate effectively in fast-moving environments.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies from Wilfrid Laurier University and a Graduate Certificate in Sustainable Business Management from Conestoga College.
At Impact, Jalen leverages his experience at the center of government to help clients anticipate challenges, and develop successful policy.
