JALEN ROSARIO

ASSOCIATE, PUBLIC AFFAIRS

Jalen has extensive experience in legislative analysis, strategic communication, and stakeholder engagement from several years working for the Doug Ford government in Ontario.

Before joining Impact, Jalen spent three years working in the Progressive Conservative Caucus Services office. During his time there, he advised Members of Provincial Parliament in the government caucus along with their staff on a variety of topics. His work gave him broad exposure to the entire Ford Cabinet and caucus.

Duties included advising MPPs on the impact of government investments and legislative outcomes, liaising with ministry teams on key information to highlight in external communication strategies, and coordinated sensitive ministry data on behalf of senior government officials in the Premier’s office.

Jalen holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Public Policy from the University of Toronto. Outside of work, Jalen can be found trying a new restaurant in the city, playing basketball at a local park, or reading a fiction novel.
