JAYDEN HOVEY

PUBLIC AFFAIRS COORDINATOR

Jayden brings diverse experience and strong skills in direct government engagement, advocacy plan development, and communications to his role at Impact. He has led major advocacy campaigns and achieved major financial and regulatory wins across all levels of government. 

Prior to working at Impact, Jayden held executive roles in a non-profit, supporting government relations, event planning, and organizational communications and governance. He has also served as the Director of Policy for a national advocacy organization, steering policy development and authoring national policy papers in Canada on topics including artificial intelligence and employment. In this role, he met with elected officials and stakeholders to advance the organization’s priorities in Canada, building his network and experience in direct government engagement.

Jayden graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with Distinction from theUniversity of the Fraser Valley. Outside of work, he enjoys music and trying new cuisine.
