Ryan is a highly skilled consultant with a strong background in government and strategy. He has a keen interest in working with the governments of today to build the industries of tomorrow - focusing on economic growth, innovation, and public-private partnerships.

Ryan's areas of expertise include direct stakeholder engagement, media campaigns, lobby day planning, policy analysis, and briefings. He supports Impact's clients from coast to coast by addressing their strategic priorities, from public consultations to actionable legislative amendments. He has experience working with federal and provincial advocacy campaigns to secure valuable government support.

Prior to joining Impact, Ryan worked with election candidates seeking provincial office and held roles with Ontario Cabinet Ministers, including the Minister of Colleges and Universities and the Minister of Long-Term Care. With a solid foundation in provincial politics, Ryan offers a nuanced understanding of how stakeholders can effectively collaborate with governments to deliver impactful policy outcomes and drive shared priorities forward.

Ryan recognizes the importance of aligning business development with public sector priorities to create sustainable and future-oriented solutions. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from Queen’s University. Passionate about Ontario and Canadian politics, his academic and professional experiences have also deepened his interest in political communication, strategic engagement, and evidence-based advocacy.
